The venue is in the heart of the town. Found a place called Panorama Restaurant, set so close to the hotel, ate there a few times.

The hotel had rooftop terrace. Situated in the heart of Istanbul, it's an enjoyable base for exploring the city. Breakfast was lovely in the property. Thank you, would return anytime.

Excellant design of celal sultan. We really enjoyed the room, it was large. Location in the center of the city was a plus. The breakfast was good there.

there where nice tourist destinations like basilica cistern next to this hotel. for dinner we visited panoramic restaurant, set only 200 ft away.
